Workshop Sprays for Vehicle Workshops and Parts Trade
Brake cleaner, penetrating oil, contact spray, underbody protection: workshop sprays are part of the daily consumables in every vehicle workshop. Aerosols Germany has these products filled at partner plants in Europe, inspects them in Iserlohn and supplies them to workshops, workshop chains and the automotive parts trade, from the range or under your own brand.

| Work area | Category | Typical products |
|---|---|---|
| Brakes and chassis | Cleaners, lubricants | Brake cleaner, copper paste, penetrating oil |

| Body and paintwork | Paint sprays, corrosion protection | Primer, clear coat, spray paint in RAL colours, zinc spray, underbody protection, cavity sealant |
| Exhaust system | Paint sprays, adhesives and sealants | Exhaust paint, heat-resistant stove paint, gasket sealant, threadlocker |

Brake cleaner and penetrating oil are the products with the highest consumption in the workshop and are therefore usually bought in large cans and by the carton. Speciality products such as freezer spray, battery terminal protection or starter spray are kept in smaller quantities. We put your range together so that can sizes and packaging units match your consumption.
Typical applications
- Cleaning brake discs, brake callipers and metal parts before assembly with brake cleaner
- Freeing seized bolts, nuts and exhaust clamps with penetrating oil
- Protecting wheel hubs, brake pins and threads from seizing with copper paste
- Post-treatment of weld points, underbody and cavities with zinc spray, underbody protection and cavity sealant
- Repairing minor paint damage and painting add-on parts with primer, spray paint and clear coat
- Fault finding on plug connections and control units with contact spray and freezer spray
- Vehicle valeting with cockpit spray, wheel cleaner and tar remover
Paintwork benefits from coordinated products: primer, spray paint in the matching RAL shade and clear coat from one programme are matched to each other in the coating build-up. Heat-resistant paints are available for exhaust systems and engine parts.
Supply for workshops and parts trade
Workshops buy through the automotive parts trade or directly in packaging units. Parts distributors and workshop chains who wish to carry their own range use our private label offer: products from the range under your label, with a cap in the colour of your choice and a safety data sheet issued in your company details. Formulation adaptations, such as an acetone-free brake cleaner for components near plastics, are possible on request together with our production partners. Tell us your range and your quantities and we will send you a quotation.
Frequently asked questions
Which workshop sprays belong to the basic kit?
Brake cleaner, penetrating oil, contact spray, silicone spray, copper paste and starter spray cover most work on brakes, chassis, electrics and engine. For bodywork, primer, spray paint, zinc spray and underbody protection are added, and for valeting, cockpit spray and wheel cleaner. We match can sizes and packaging units to your consumption.
Can parts distributors buy workshop sprays under their own brand?
Yes. Products from the range are filled under your label, with a cap in the colour of your choice and in your packaging unit. The safety data sheet is issued in your company details. We check your label in advance for the mandatory information under the CLP Regulation (EC) No 1272/2008 and the Aerosolpackungsverordnung (German Aerosol Dispensers Ordinance, 13. ProdSV). Repeat orders are based on the approved specification.
Is there a brake cleaner for components near plastics?
Acetone-based brake cleaners can attack plastics and paints. For work close to plastic parts, an acetone-free cleaner or a contact cleaner is suitable. Which variant from the range fits, or whether an adaptation makes sense, we clarify on request. The information on the label and safety data sheet is authoritative.
