Industrial Sprays for Maintenance and Production
In production and maintenance, sprays make the difference between running and standing still: a lubricant spray that keeps the conveyor chain moving, a penetrating oil that frees the seized bolt during a tool change, a leak detection spray that finds the leaking compressed air line. Aerosols Germany supplies industrial sprays that are produced at partner plants in Europe and inspected and dispatched in Iserlohn, from the range or under your own brand.

For industrial use, can sizes up to 750 ml and packaging units for the stores issue counter are common. Smaller cans are suitable for tool trolleys and mobile maintenance staff. All products carry the labelling required under the CLP Regulation (EC) No 1272/2008 and the Aerosolpackungsverordnung (German Aerosol Dispensers Ordinance, 13. ProdSV), which you need for operating instructions and your hazardous substances register.
Typical applications in maintenance
- Maintaining conveyor systems, chains, joints and guides with lubricant sprays that can be applied precisely through the extension tube
- Cleaning components before assembly, bonding or painting with degreaser and industrial cleaner
- Repairing zinc coatings after welding or drilling with zinc spray
- Detecting leaks on compressed air and gas lines with leak detection spray
- Crack testing on weld seams and castings using the dye penetrant method
- Fault finding on electronics and control cabinets with freezer spray and contact spray

Frequently asked questions
Which sprays does a maintenance department need as a minimum?
In practice, a multi-purpose oil or penetrating oil, a lubricant spray for chains and guides, a degreaser or industrial cleaner, a contact spray for electrics, a zinc spray for touch-ups and a leak detection spray for compressed air have proven themselves. Which variants are suitable depends on your plant and materials.
Are there silicone-free variants for paint shops?
Yes. Silicone interferes with paint adhesion, which is why our range includes a silicone-free weld protection spray, among others. For other products, we check on request whether a silicone-free variant is available from the range or possible as an adaptation of the formulation. Tell us the products concerned and the area of use.
Will I receive safety data sheets for my hazardous substances register?
Yes, on request for every product. The safety data sheet contains the classification, the composition to the extent required and information on storage, handling, first aid and disposal. If the formulation or classification changes, you receive an updated version. On request, we supply the data sheets collectively for your entire range.
