Berger & Schröter handles quality control, packaging to your specification and dispatch at the Iserlohn site. This applies to the around 150 products in the range as well as to contract filling and private label orders.
Production and logistics: can formats
Can sizes from 150 to 750 ml are filled. Small formats are suitable for testing sprays, electronics sprays and small sizes for the retail trade, medium formats for paint sprays, lubricants and cleaners, and large formats for products with high consumption per application. Valve, spray head and cap are matched to the product being filled: wide spray for paints, extension tube for lubricants and contact spray, special heads for marking sprays for spraying downwards.

Packaging and dispatch from Iserlohn
The packaging unit depends on your sales channel: cartons for specialist retailers, outer cartons with display function for the retail trade or pallet goods for industry and wholesale. Aerosols are Class 2 dangerous goods. Packaging and shipping documents are prepared accordingly, and dispatch is by freight forwarder or parcel service with dangerous goods approval.
On request, we mark the cartons with your item number and your barcode so that the goods go into your warehouse or your dispatch without repacking. We match pallet height and stretch wrapping to your delivery conditions.
One contact person for range, contract filling and own brand
Whether a product from the range, contract filling with your formulation or a private label series: coordination with the production partner, inspection of the goods and dispatch all run through Iserlohn. You can start small with products from the range and later switch to your own formulation or own brand without changing your contact person.
