Technical Sprays for Wholesale and Specialist Trade
For technical wholesalers, specialist retailers and mail order businesses, sprays are a fast-moving range: spray paints in RAL colours, zinc spray, brake cleaner, lubricant sprays and contact spray are reordered regularly. Aerosols Germany supplies the trade with sprays that are filled at partner plants in Europe and inspected and dispatched in Iserlohn, as a branded range or as an own brand under your name.

Around 150 technical sprays in ten categories cover the common needs of industry, trades and automotive:

Own brand for the trade
With an own brand, you tie customers to your range rather than to a brand name and decide on price and positioning yourself. You select products from the range, supply the label design and specify cap colour and packaging unit. We check the label for the mandatory information, coordinate filling and labelling at the production partner and pack the goods in Iserlohn to your specification. The safety data sheet is issued in your company details. For products that are to stand out from the competition, we adapt formulations together with our production partners.
If you are only just building up your range, we recommend starting with the categories most frequently requested by your customer group: lubricants, cleaners and corrosion protection for the technical trade, brake cleaner, penetrating oil and car care for the automotive parts trade, marking sprays and assembly foam for builders merchants.

Frequently asked questions
Do you also supply online retailers?
Yes. Mail order and online retailers buy in packaging units or as pallet goods, just like bricks-and-mortar retailers. We provide product information and safety data sheets for your product pages on request. Please note that aerosols are dangerous goods and must be packaged accordingly when forwarded to your customers.
What do I need for an own brand?
A product selection from the range, a label design and the specification of cap colour and packaging unit. We supply the mandatory information for the label and check the layout before printing. After sample and series approval, filling takes place at the production partner; quality control and dispatch take place in Iserlohn. We will tell you the minimum quantities after reviewing your selection.
Will I receive product data for my ERP system?
On request, we provide product names, can sizes, classifications and safety data sheets for the products supplied. For own-brand products, you receive the data issued in your brand. Tell us the format you require, for example a table per item with name, can size, packaging unit and dangerous goods details, and we will prepare the data accordingly.
