Penetrating Oil

The Penetrating Oil is an effective penetrating oil with MoS2. It reliably loosens rusted and seized parts such as screws, nuts, bolts, hinges and joints. The product undermines and penetrates moisture and rust, so the connection is loosened and can be undone with normal tools.

Thanks to its MoS2 components, the penetrating oil achieves a good long-term effect: after loosening, a lubricating film remains that prevents bolted connections from seizing and eliminates squeaking and creaking noises on hinges, joints and springs. Spray the connection, allow the penetrating oil to act and only then loosen. For heavily corroded parts, repeat the application.

The Penetrating Oil is aimed at car and commercial vehicle workshops, agricultural machinery, maintenance, locksmiths and municipal services that loosen rusted-in connections every day. For retailers, it is a basic item in the workshop range and can likewise be filled as an own brand.

1. Brush loose rust and dirt off the connection.
2. Shake the can and spray the penetrating oil precisely onto the thread, gap or joint.
3. Allow to act so that the product can undermine rust and moisture.
4. Loosen the connection; if it is still tight, spray again and repeat the contact time.
5. Leave a thin film on the thread to protect against renewed seizing.
