Aluminium spray

The aluminium spray from Aerosols Germany is a long-term corrosion protection for metallic substrates based on 99 % pure aluminium. It is resistant to most acids and alkalis and temperature-resistant up to 550 °C, so it can also be used on hot components.

In use, the spray produces a metallic silver, matt surface. It is also suitable as a spot-welding paint and for painting wood or plastics when a metallic aluminium shade is desired. The application is even and covers cleanly after drying.

Typical users are metal construction, plant engineering, industrial maintenance and workshops that want to protect steel parts, exhaust systems, heating and furnace components or railings from corrosion while matching their appearance. The aluminium spray is also a standard item in the specialist trade for repair and surface protection. On request, we also supply the product as a private label product under your own brand.

1. Remove rust, scale, grease and moisture from the substrate.
2. Shake the can thoroughly so that the aluminium pigment is evenly distributed.
3. Spray thinly at an even distance, avoiding runs by applying several thin coats.
4. Apply further thin coats with intermediate drying if required.
5. Allow to dry completely before stress or heating; after use, briefly spray the can upside down to clear the nozzle.
