UBS black

UBS black is the rubber-resin-based underbody protection with anti-drumming effect in black and in the 500 ml can. The formulation corresponds to UBS grey: overpaintable, very abrasion-resistant and durable, dry after just about 2 to 4 hours and suitable for all metal and plastic substrates.

The layer remains ageing-resistant and durable, is very elastic and impact-resistant and does not flake off under stone chips and similar stresses. The anti-drumming effect reduces noise from the underbody. Black corresponds to the colour of the factory underbody protection on most vehicles, so touch-ups remain inconspicuous without overpainting.

Vehicle workshops, body shops, commercial vehicle and trailer construction as well as vehicle detailing use UBS black for underbodies, wheel housings, sills and add-on parts. The 500 ml can is designed for larger areas and complete underbody treatments. On request, we also supply the product as a private label product under your own brand.

1. Remove rust, dirt, grease and loose old coating from the area and cover brakes, exhaust and drive components.
2. Shake the can thoroughly before use until the mixing ball can be heard moving freely.
3. Spray evenly at an even distance.
4. For a higher film thickness, apply several coats with airing time.
5. Dry after about 2 to 4 hours; allow to dry through before overpainting.
