Aluminium Paste Spray / Anti-Seize

The Aluminium Paste Spray is an anti-seize high-performance lubricant based on aluminium powder and solid lubricants. It is used wherever components must remain detachable under heat, pressure and corrosion: on bolted connections, fits, bearings and pistons. The film prevents fretting corrosion, seizing and burning in and reduces wear.

In use, the lubricant spray is temperature-resistant from -180 °C to 1200 °C and withstands most acids, alkalis and salt water. The formulation is manufactured without toxic heavy metals. As a spray, the paste can be applied thinly and evenly, even in places that are difficult to reach with a brush or spatula.

Typical users are maintenance, plant construction, car and commercial vehicle workshops and companies with high-temperature equipment. Wherever connections are to be dismantled non-destructively after long periods of operation, the Aluminium Paste Spray replaces manual assembly with paste from a tin.

1. Remove dirt, old grease and corrosion from the thread, fit or bearing seat.
2. Shake the can vigorously before use.
3. Spray a thin, even coat onto the contact surfaces from a short distance.
4. Allow the solvent to evaporate briefly until an even paste film has formed.
5. Fit the components and tighten as usual; wipe off excess paste at the edges.
