Graphite Spray

The Graphite Spray is a long-term lubricant for bearings, bushes, guides, spindles and similar machine elements. The high proportion of graphite powder optimises the lubricating effect and ensures that the film remains load-bearing even under load and at temperatures at which oils and greases reach their limits.

In use, the Graphite Spray is characterised by good adhesion, which results in a long-lasting lubricating effect. The product is suitable for temperature ranges from -35 °C to +450 °C and thus covers both cold areas and hot machine zones. Thanks to the spray form, the graphite can be applied evenly to bearing points, bushes and spindle guides.

The lubricant spray is aimed at maintenance, mechanical engineering, foundries, steelworks and all areas in which bearings and guides are to run over long intervals without relubrication. Technical dealers also carry graphite spray as a standard product for industrial customers.

1. Clean the bearing, bush or guide and remove old lubricant residues.
2. Shake the can vigorously so that the graphite powder is evenly distributed.
3. Spray a thin, even coat onto the lubrication point.
4. Allow the carrier to evaporate until the graphite film adheres.
5. Put the assembly into operation and relubricate at intervals if required.
