Chain Spray

The Chain Spray is a firmly adhering long-term lubricant for chains and gears. It is fling-resistant and therefore also suitable for high-speed chains, for example on motorcycles, conveyor systems or machine drives. After application, the lubricant spray forms a tough, elastic lubricating and protective film that encloses the chain links.

The active ingredient creeps well into the bearings of the chain links and adheres firmly there. Lubrication thus takes effect where the friction actually occurs: between pin, bush and roller. The Chain Spray has a water-displacing and rust-protecting effect and thus protects the chain even in wet conditions and outdoor use. Regular application reduces wear and thereby considerably extends the service life of chain and sprocket.

The product is aimed at motorcycle and bicycle workshops, conveyor technology, agricultural machinery, packaging machine service and maintenance, as well as dealers who want to offer a chain spray under their own brand.

1. Clean the chain and remove old lubricant residues and dirt.
2. Shake the can and apply the spray evenly to the inside of the chain.
3. Turn the chain or gear slowly until all links are wetted.
4. Allow the film to penetrate and set before the chain runs at full speed.
5. Relubricate at regular intervals.
