Food Industry Grease

The Food Industry Grease is a lubricating grease in spray form that is intended for use in the food sector. The data sheet and label are authoritative for the permissible operating conditions. It is used on machines and plant where lubrication points are located close to food, packaging or beverages, for example in filling, processing, packaging and commercial kitchen equipment.

As a grease, the lubricating film adheres to the lubrication point and is suitable for bearings, guides, joints, chains and sliding surfaces that run over longer intervals without relubrication. Thanks to the spray form, the Food Industry Grease also reaches built-in lubrication points without dismantling, and dosing remains precise and clean. 1. Clean the lubrication point and remove old lubricant residues.
2. Shake the can and spray a thin coat of grease onto the bearing, guide or joint.
3. Move the component so that the grease film spreads.
4. Remove excess so that no grease gets into the product area.
5. Define relubrication intervals in the maintenance schedule and check the condition of the lubrication point regularly.
