Description
The Welding Protection Spray CO₂ is a silicone-free welding spray with 95 % pure active ingredient. It protects metal surfaces against weld spatter and can be used in arc and gas-shielded welding work. The product can be used on steel, aluminium and stainless steel and is therefore suitable for the common materials in metal fabrication and plant construction.
In use, the welding spray forms a film on which spatter does not burn in. After welding, the spatter is easy to remove, and the workpiece can be painted over after a simple post-treatment. The spray also serves to clean welding nozzles and keep them clean, so that the shielding gas flows freely and nozzle changes become less frequent. CO₂ is used as the propellant, which makes the product non-flammable.
The Welding Protection Spray CO₂ is aimed at welding shops, metal and steel fabrication, body shops, series production with subsequent painting, training workshops and specialist welding supply dealers, also under their own brand.
