Description
The Assembly Cleaner with Lemon is an all-purpose cleaner with lemon fragrance for assembly and maintenance. It dissolves oil, grease, lubricant residue and soiling from components, tools and work surfaces and prepares parts for joining, bolting, bonding and sealing. The lemon scent makes use more pleasant at assembly stations where cleaning takes place throughout the day.
In use, spray the soiled area, let the cleaner act briefly and wipe off. For connections where grease impairs adhesion or friction values, for example thread locking or flat gaskets, a clean surface is a prerequisite. For plastics, rubber and paints, check compatibility beforehand on a concealed area.
The Assembly Cleaner is aimed at assembly companies, mechanical engineering, plumbing and heating installation and vehicle workshops. For retailers, it is an addition to the industrial cleaner and can be filled as an own brand with its own fragrance.

Application
- Remove coarse dirt from the component or tool.
- Shake the can and spray the assembly cleaner on evenly.
- Allow to act briefly and remove the dissolved dirt with a clean cloth.
- For heavy soiling, repeat the process.
- Allow the surface to dry before joining, bonding or sealing. Test plastics beforehand.
