Description

The Paint and Gasket Remover is used to remove gaskets and to strip painted workpieces. It softens paints and gaskets after just a few seconds and removes even old and dried-out adhesive residue. It is suitable for workpieces made of metal, ceramics, wood, glass, polyethylene and similar materials. It is unsuitable for PVC, linoleum and synthetics.

The product is viscous and therefore adheres well, even on vertical surfaces. Apply it, allow it to act and remove the softened layers with a scraper or cloth. For thick or multi-layer coatings, repeat the process until the substrate is clear. Then clean the surface so that new gaskets or paints adhere cleanly.

The Paint and Gasket Remover is aimed at engine reconditioning, mechanical engineering, paint shops, restoration and maintenance that prepare sealing surfaces or remove old paint layers before rebuilding. For specialist retailers, it complements paint sprays, flat gaskets and adhesives.
