PU Cleaner

The PU Cleaner is used for cleaning the inside and outside of PU foam guns and for removing other PU contamination. It cleans quickly, without residue and without leaving a sticky surface. It is very well suited to removing fresh foam splashes from tools, frames and work surfaces.

A universal spray head is included. This allows the PU foam cleaner to be used without a PU gun as well, for example to wipe off foam residue or to clean adapters and nozzles. For interior cleaning, screw the can onto the gun and flush the channel until clear cleaner emerges. Cured foam can no longer be dissolved, so clean immediately after use.

The PU Cleaner is aimed at window construction, drywall, installation, roofers and all assembly companies that apply PU expanding foam. For builders' merchants and technical specialist retailers, it is the addition to gun foam and PU guns and is likewise available as an own brand.

1. Unscrew the foam can and remove coarse foam residue from the outside.
2. Shake the can. For interior cleaning, screw it onto the PU gun and flush until clear cleaner emerges.
3. For exterior cleaning, fit the universal spray head and spray the foam residue.
4. Wipe off the dissolved residue with a cloth; test the substrate beforehand on a concealed area.
5. Store the gun dry and check it again before the next use.
