Spray Grease White

The Spray Grease White is a universal lubricant for highly stressed parts. The white colour makes the application clearly visible on dark metal surfaces, so that the lubrication point can be checked. The grease adheres well and thus achieves a high long-term effect. Corrosion-inhibiting additives additionally protect the metal surface.

The lubricant spray is designed for the temperature range from -50 °C to +150 °C, briefly up to 170 °C. It is also suitable for gears and thus for open gear units, racks and adjustment mechanisms. The active ingredient meets the requirements of VW standard TL 778/A. As a spray, the grease can be applied to bearings, joints, guides and hinges without a grease gun and without dismantling.

The spray grease is aimed at car and commercial vehicle workshops, maintenance, mechanical engineering, agricultural machinery and building services, as well as the technical trade. For the food sector, the Food Industry Grease is available as an alternative.

1. Clean the lubrication point and remove old grease residues.
2. Shake the can vigorously so that the grease dissolves evenly.
3. Spray a thin, even coat of grease onto the bearing, gear, joint or guide.
4. Allow the carrier to evaporate until an adhesive grease film is present.
5. Move the component and check the grease film for complete coverage using the white colour.
