Black satin matt

Black satin matt is an acrylic-based universal paint in the shade black with a satin matt gloss level, supplied in the large 500 ml can. Satin matt lies between dull matt and high gloss: the surface looks well kept and slightly shimmering, but shows fingerprints and small irregularities less clearly than a glossy finish.

As an acrylic paint, the product adheres to many substrates, dries quickly and retains its shade. Several thin, even coats give an opaque, uniform surface. On bare metal or plastic, a suitable primer is recommended as the first coat; it improves the adhesion and durability of the system. The larger content is designed for whole components and series work.

Metal construction, mechanical engineering, vehicle technology, furniture making and shopfitting as well as trade businesses use black satin matt for frames, railings, housings, brackets, panels and fixture parts. For specialist distributors, the paint is also available under your own label.

Black satin matt is sprayed in several thin coats onto the clean, if required primed, substrate until the surface covers evenly.

1. Clean, degrease and sand the substrate and prime if required.
2. Shake the can vigorously.
3. Spray the paint on evenly in several thin coats.
4. Allow to flash off between coats.
5. Let it dry through completely before loading.
