Paint spray RAL 3000

Paint spray RAL 3000 is an acrylic-based universal paint in the shade flame red. RAL 3000 is the classic red for fire-fighting equipment, hydrant markings, machines, agricultural machinery, pumps and safety markings on plants and equipment. The RAL paint spray makes it possible to paint such components in an exact colour match or to touch up damaged areas.

The acrylic paint adheres to many substrates, dries quickly and retains its strong shade. Several thin coats give an even, opaque surface; strong red tones benefit particularly from careful, overlapping spraying. A primer grey or red-brown as the first coat improves adhesion and corrosion protection on metal.

Mechanical engineering, fire protection companies, agricultural machinery workshops, pump manufacturers, maintenance and trades use RAL 3000 flame red for guards, emergency stop areas, extinguisher brackets, equipment and repair areas. For specialist distributors, the paint spray in flame red is also available as an own brand.

Paint spray RAL 3000 is sprayed onto the prepared substrate; strong red tones cover best in several thin coats.

1. Clean and degrease the substrate, remove rust and loose paint; prime bare surfaces.
2. Shake the can vigorously.
3. Apply the paint evenly and with overlap in several thin coats.
4. Allow to flash off between coats.
5. Let it dry through completely before loading.
