Paint spray RAL 7035

Paint spray RAL 7035 is an acrylic-based universal paint in the shade light grey. RAL 7035 is regarded as the most frequently used grey in electrical engineering and mechanical engineering: switch cabinets, terminal boxes, control desks, housings and plant equipment are predominantly supplied in this shade. The RAL paint spray is therefore a standard item for touch-ups and adaptation.

The acrylic paint adheres to many substrates, dries quickly and retains its shade. Several thin, even coats give an opaque surface that blends visually into the existing paintwork. For drill holes, edges and bare areas, primer grey is recommended as the first coat, which improves the adhesion and corrosion protection of the system.

Switch cabinet builders, electrical installers, machine builders, maintenance staff and workshops use RAL 7035 light grey daily for rework on housings, frames, consoles and add-on parts. For specialist distributors, the shade is also available under your own label.

Paint spray RAL 7035 is sprayed onto cleaned switch cabinets, housings or add-on parts; bare areas are primed beforehand.

1. Clean and degrease the substrate and remove drilling burrs or loose paint; prime bare areas.
2. Shake the can vigorously.
3. Spray the paint on evenly in several thin coats.
4. Allow to flash off between coats.
5. Let it dry through completely before fitting or commissioning.
