Primer grey

Primer grey is a primer suitable for all plastic and acrylic paints. It dries quickly, adheres to many materials and creates a sound base for the subsequent paintwork. The adhesion of the top coat is considerably improved as a result, and at the same time the primer increases the corrosion protection of the entire paint system.

The neutral grey shade is suitable as a base for most top coat colours, as it distorts neither light nor dark shades. After drying, the primed surface can be finished with the desired RAL paint spray, plastic paint or combi paint. On bare metal, the primer additionally takes on the function of an anti-rust primer.

Industry, trades and vehicle workshops use the primer spray wherever metal or plastic parts are to be painted permanently: on machine housings, brackets, body parts or steel components. For distributors, the product is also available as an own brand.

Primer grey is the first coat in the paint system and is sprayed onto the prepared substrate before the top coat.

1. Clean and degrease the substrate, remove rust and loose old coatings, sand lightly if required.
2. Shake the can well.
3. Apply the primer in thin, even coats.
4. Allow to flash off and dry through; sand lightly if required.
5. Then overcoat with a suitable plastic or acrylic paint.
