Description

The mould release agent is a release agent for the plastics industry. It is sprayed thinly onto the surface of moulds and tools and forms a release film between tool and plastic. This allows injection-moulded, pressed and cast parts to be removed more easily after moulding, without sticking to the tool or being damaged during ejection.

In use, the release agent shortens downtime caused by stuck parts, protects mould surfaces and eases start-up after tool changes or cleaning. The film is applied sparingly and evenly so that the part surface remains clean and subsequent work steps are not impaired. Compatibility with the respective plastic and with later processing steps such as painting or bonding should be checked beforehand.

Users are injection moulders, plastics processors, mould makers, toolmakers and dealers in manufacturing supplies. On request, we supply the mould release agent under your own brand with your label.
