Blitz Metal Epoxy Resin

Blitz Metal Epoxy Resin is a two-component epoxy resin for repairs and joints on metal and other solid materials. Resin and hardener are only mixed immediately before use; the compound then cures to a hard, dimensionally stable joint that can be machined.

In use, the epoxy resin fills gaps and defects, joins components over large areas and restores damaged surfaces. After curing, the repair can be drilled, filed, sanded and painted over. The resin is therefore suitable for repairs where welding or soldering is not possible or not desired, for example on housings, brackets and machine parts.

Typical users are maintenance, metalworking shops, vehicle workshops, plant engineering and specialist dealers stocking a repair product for metal. On request, we also supply the epoxy resin under your own brand with your label.

1. Clean, degrease and lightly roughen the joint surfaces.
2. Dispense resin and hardener in the specified ratio and mix thoroughly until the compound is uniform.
3. Apply the compound within the working time and join the parts or fill the defect.
4. Fix the component during curing and do not load it.
5. After complete curing, machine or paint.
