Liquid Metal

Liquid Metal is a two-component adhesive in a double syringe for repairs on metal. Both components are stored separately in the syringe and dispensed in the correct ratio when pressed out, which makes dosing easier and avoids mixing errors. After curing, the result is a hard, metallic-looking compound that can be drilled, filed and sanded.

The product joins metal parts together, fills cracks and holes and rebuilds broken edges. It is also suitable for joints between metal and other solid materials where welding or soldering is not possible, for example on housings, vessels, pipes or brackets.

Typical users are maintenance, vehicle workshops, agricultural engineering and metalworking shops. The 25 ml double syringe is designed for use at the workplace and in the service vehicle and is available under your own brand on request.

1. Clean, degrease and roughen the repair area, remove loose parts.
2. Remove the cap, press out both components evenly and mix thoroughly until the compound is uniform in colour.
3. Apply the mixture within the working time and join the parts or fill the defect.
4. Fix until cured, then machine or paint.
