Instant Adhesive

The instant adhesive is a cyanoacrylate-based adhesive for fast bonds. It is applied thinly to one of the two surfaces and sets within a short time under contact pressure; the reaction is triggered by the moisture on the surfaces and in the air. Fixing over a longer period is therefore generally not necessary.

The adhesive bonds metal, many plastics, rubber, leather, wood and ceramics to each other and among themselves. It is suitable for precisely fitting, close-fitting joint surfaces, for example when attaching seals, rubber buffers, small parts and labels or for repairs on housings and components in series production and service.

Users are assembly, maintenance, electrical engineering, model making, vehicle workshops and specialist dealers. The 25 ml bottle is tailored to consumption at the workplace and is available under your own brand on request.

1. Clean, degrease and prepare the joint surfaces to fit precisely; the parts must fit closely together.
2. Apply the instant adhesive sparingly and thinly to only one of the two surfaces.
3. Join the parts immediately and press briefly, then do not move them again.
4. Do not load the joint until fully cured, close the bottle again immediately.
