PU Construction Foam

The PU Construction Foam 750 ml corresponds to the construction foam with 500 ml content in the larger can size. It is a one-component polyurethane-based construction foam in DIN 4102-B2 or B3 quality with a high foam yield: 1 litre produces approx. 50 litres of expanded volume. The large can reduces changes on longer joints and on building sites with many connection points.

The foam is fast-curing, tack-free after 5 minutes and can be cut after 30 to 40 minutes. It bonds to wood, concrete, plaster, masonry and many plastics and, thanks to its good material compatibility, can be used in many ways: for fitting, insulating and sealing.

Users are the building trade, window and door installation, installation companies and building materials dealers. For dealers and manufacturers with their own range, we also supply the construction foam under your own brand with your label.

1. Free the joint of dust and loose parts, lightly moisten absorbent substrates.
2. Shake the can vigorously and use it upside down with the valve pointing downwards.
3. Apply the foam in strips and fill the joint only partially.
4. After 30 to 40 minutes, cut off protruding foam, then plaster or cover.
5. Remove fresh foam residues immediately with PU foam cleaner.
