Quick Repair Kit

The Quick Repair Kit is a two-component adhesive in stick form. Resin and hardener are present as core and sheath in a 56 g stick; the required amount is cut off and kneaded by hand until the compound is uniform in colour. Mixing cups, spatulas and scales are not needed.

The kneaded compound can be shaped, pressed into cracks and holes and modelled on edges. After curing, it is hard and can be drilled, filed, sanded and painted. The kit is suitable for sealing pipes and vessels, for filling defects on metal parts and for fixing components when a quick repair on site is required.

Users are maintenance, service technicians, vehicle and agricultural engineering workshops as well as specialist dealers with repair supplies. The stick is compact, stores well and is available under your own brand on request.

1. Clean, degrease and roughen the repair area, remove loose parts and rust.
2. Cut off the required amount from the stick and knead with your fingers until the colour is uniform.
3. Press on, shape and smooth the compound within the working time.
4. Do not load until cured, then machine or paint.
