Threadlocker Medium Strength

The Threadlocker Medium Strength is an anaerobic adhesive for securing metal screws, nuts and studs. Applied in liquid form, it fills the thread turns and cures in the absence of air in contact with the metal. This secures screw connections against loosening through vibration and shocks without the need for spring washers or lock plates.

The medium strength grade is the universal choice for connections that are to be released again during maintenance or repair. Disassembly is possible with normal hand tools, after which the threads are cleaned and re-secured. In addition, the adhesive keeps moisture out of the thread and prevents seizing through rust.

Areas of application are mechanical engineering, maintenance, vehicle workshops, motorcycle and agricultural engineering as well as assembly companies. The 50 ml bottle is a standard size for the workbench and service vehicle and is also available under your own brand on request.

1. Clean and degrease the thread, remove residues of old threadlockers.
2. Apply a few drops to the load-bearing thread turns; for blind holes, into the bore.
3. Insert the screw without delay and tighten to the specified torque, do not readjust.
4. Wipe off excess adhesive and do not load the connection until cured.
