Threadlocker High Strength

The Threadlocker High Strength is an anaerobic adhesive for screw connections that are to be secured permanently. The adhesive is applied to the thread, fills the thread turns and cures in the absence of air in contact with the metal. The connection is then secured against self-loosening through vibration, shocks and temperature changes and at the same time protected against corrosion in the thread.

The high strength grade is intended for connections that are no longer released in normal service, for example studs, stud bolts or fixings on machine foundations and drive components. Considerably more force is required for disassembly than with the medium strength version; the connection is often heated for this purpose.

Users are mechanical and plant engineering, maintenance, car and commercial vehicle workshops. The 50 ml bottle is designed for assembly and workbench use and can be supplied under your own brand on request.

1. Clean and degrease the threads of the screw and nut and remove old threadlocker residues.
2. Apply the threadlocker to the load-bearing thread turns; for blind holes, apply into the bore.
3. Join the connection without delay and tighten to the specified torque.
4. Wipe off excess adhesive.
5. Do not load the connection until fully cured.
