Starter Spray

The Starter Spray is a starter spray for all common petrol and diesel engines in the 400 ml can. It is suitable for catalytic converter engines and can also be used for two-stroke engines. The product also achieves a good effect in cold and damp weather, when engines do not start immediately after standing or in winter.

In use, spray briefly into the intake area and start the engine immediately. A few bursts are enough; prolonged spraying is not intended. The Starter Spray is also suitable for detecting leaks in the carburettor system: if the engine speed changes when you spray a spot, the engine is drawing in false air there. In the event of recurring starting problems, check the battery, ignition, glow plug system and fuel supply; the spray does not replace fault-finding.

The Starter Spray is aimed at car and commercial vehicle workshops, agricultural machinery, construction machinery, municipal services, boat and garden equipment services. For filling stations and retailers, it is the standard 400 ml can alongside Cold Start Spray and Engine Starter Spray with 300 ml and can be filled as an own brand.

1. Remove the air filter or expose an intake opening.
2. Shake the can and spray the starter spray briefly into the intake area.
3. Start the engine immediately.
4. If the engine does not start, spray briefly once more and start again.
5. Refit the air filter. To detect leaks in the carburettor system, briefly spray individual spots with the engine running and watch for a change in engine speed.
